These candidates will be screened and interviewed by our expert team, and ready for an interview with our clients should they be of interest. This approach offers a number of advantages to both the client and the candidate. Our goal is to not waste time; we want to find our clients qualified, strong talent that will be interested and motivated by the opportunity. By moving quickly, we are able to attract the best talent because we facilitate direct contact with the key decision makers with a lower time commitment from the candidate. With this model we are able to directly headhunt the best candidates in the business, leaving us with satisfied candidates and clients.

GLOBAL

WE OPERATE ON A COMPLETELY GLOBAL BASIS: WE OPERATE REMOTELY AND HAVE NO GEOGRAPHY RESTRICTIONS.

We are able to simultaneously run searches at the local, regional, and global level.  This means we can identify and source candidates, who might not be based locally, but are currently working in relevant companies and have the necessary skills to do the job. These candidates might be living outside their home country and interested in moving home, or they might be looking for the adventure of relocating. If theses are the kinds of candidates you are looking for, we can confirm this in the initial call with the hiring manager. We tailor our searches specific to your desired criteria.

PASSIVE CANDIDATES

OUR GOAL IS TO FIND THE MOST QUALIFIED TALENT FOR OUR CLIENTS.  

We do not rely on a database of candidates and we do not advertise our vacancies, we actively source passive talent in order to find our clients the best candidates. Passive candidates are the candidates who are not looking for a new position, they are successful in their current positions and we are able to approach them and sell them unique and interesting opportunities. They are typically the most attractive candidates in the market, because they are already successfully doing a similar position that you are recruiting for with a direct competitor or target organization.

SUCCESS-FEE ONLY

WE OPERATE ON A CONTINGENCY BASIS. 

We do not charge a fee for our services unless we successfully place a candidate. Our objective is equal to our clients' in that we are entirely incentivized to get the best candidate to accept an offer in the most efficient manner. We are removing all financial risk from the client side because we don't believe the client should have to pay large upfront fees without guarantee of success. 

GUARANTEE PERIOD

WE GUARANTEE OUR CANDIDATES FOR TWELVE MONTHS AFTER THEIR START DATE.  

If a candidate we place leaves their position, we run a free replacement search to ensure a replacement is found as soon as possible. Luckily this situation does not occur often, but if it does, we are experienced and prepared to handle this.
